ROLE
The ERP Software Support will be responsible for managing an ODOO ERP database system. Ensuring optimal performance, performing customizations, maintenance of and adapting the software it to the specific needs of the company. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge in development and technical support, particularly in the Odoo ERP Software platform. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot technical issues, optimize the system, and provide training and support to users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Technical Issue Resolution: Diagnose and fix errors in the ERP system, whether in the software, databases, or servers.
· Maintenance and Updates: Implement software updates, improvements, and security patches to ensure the proper functioning of the ERP system.
· Training and Guidance: Provide training to users to effectively use the system, resolve doubts, and assist with specific tasks.
· Customization and Configuration: Tailor the ERP system to the company's needs by configuring modules, parameters, and reports as required.
· Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance to ensure efficiency and make adjustments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Studies in Software programming, Computer Science, and/or Computer Engineering.
• Knowledge in: Using the Odoo.sh ERP software platform, Odoo Studio, Github, Relational database programming.
• Advanced knowledge in programming using Python language and Github.
• Experience in creating custom reports using Odoo.sh platform.
• Experience in creating Odoo Dashboards for data analytics.
Important Skills: ability to work independently and in a team, excellent
problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication skills for
interacting with users and departments at various levels, proactive and
innovative.
